Zoning, Land Use and Real Estate Lawyer

Attorney Mary Doty Solik

I earned my Juris Doctor in 1990 from the University of Iowa College of Law, where I served as managing editor of the Iowa Law Review, and was licensed to practice in Florida that same year. I then worked with distinction for a premier national firm for 19 years, holding an equity partner position for a decade. Today I operate my own practice, based in downtown Orlando, with continued concentration in the practice areas I have pursued throughout my career, including zoning and land use, eminent domain and other forms of real estate litigation.

Among various professional honors, I have been recognized with an AV Preeminent* rating by Martindale-Hubbell, selected for inclusion in the Best Lawyers in America multiple years, and listed among Orlando’s best lawyers by Orlando Magazine each year since 2007. My clients and professional peers recognize that I target outstanding results with constant emphasis on dedicated personal service, efficiency and value.
